THE WATERFALL OF GRACE

MATTHEW 4:10 ESV 10 Then Jesus said to him, "Be gone, Satan! For it is written," 'You shall worship the Lord your God and him only shall you serve.'" When Jesus was tempted by the devil, He talked back to the devil by quoting the written Word of God. You should do the same thing.  PSALM 78:41 Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel. God is unlimited (but people can limit what God does for them). True, God cannot deny Himself. That means He cannot act contrary to who He is and what He has said. But beyond that God has no limits that we know of. The Bible tells us the people of Israel limited what God could do for them. We should not make the same mistake. 1 CORINTHIANS 12:4-6 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. 6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. God is very creative. From looking at His creation, you could even guess that sameness might bore Him. Every fingerprint is different. Every eyeball is different. Every ear is different. No two leopards have the same spots. Yet people think things like: "God cannot work outside of our denomination." "Every churc

 ACTS 16:31 NKJ So they said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household." We have a right to believe for the salvation of all our family members. God's desire is for everyone to know Him and enjoy life with Him. 2 PETER 3:9  The Lord is . . . not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. God never forces anyone to accept Him and love Him. But when we pray for people, God releases His forces and strongly influences them with His truth. When people are confronted with the reality of God, they will accept Him. Spiritual blindness is the only reason anyone rejects Jesus Christ. Praying for those we love gives God a valid invitation to work in their lives, so they can know the truth.
